Our policy is for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

- You have valid proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@kymyabeauty.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and proof of purchase.

3. Send the package to the return address provided and make sure you cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original form of payment.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
